Accurate information is key

My publication record speaks for itself. I conduct in-depth legal research, and I do so with critical legal studies in view, i.e., I will adduce historical, socio-economic, and other kinds of evidence when needed to respond to a legal question. This additional service assists practitioners who aim to challenge legislation, or government action. It also helps advance judge-made law by contextualizing a legal matter.

My work is enhanced by using digital content management to deliver a quality summary report along with the original sources consulted for each project. You benefit from insights and the ability to build on existing original data.

The product that I deliver is, moreover, priced using a blended model whereby research is billed by time spent on a task and writing is billed by the word. This formula better accounts for the inherent value in each task. You need thorough research across databases, which entails significant costs built into my hourly rate. The results of that research in summary or argumentative form are, on the other hand, less costly for me to produce. I pass that lower cost on to you by billing per word written.

Cost effective, high quality legal research

Adam helped me with researching several issues under Ontario’s Construction Act. His research was comprehensive, accurate and on point. His ability to employ multiple interpretive techniques gave me confidence in his conclusions.I highly recommend A.P. Strom to other solo practitioners looking for cost effective, high quality legal research.
